Archangel Uriel on Letting Go

Click to Tweet:  “Our relationships are mirrors for us to experience love, forgiveness and our souls’ evolution.”

It is no coincidence that the holidays are upon us and for many of us, it can trigger those things that still linger in our hearts or unhealthy patterns that are still residing within us.

Archangel Uriel’s message is about forgiveness of the past, letting go and the uplifting of our lives.

Archangel Uriel would like you to know that these things come up to be lifted into the Light for healing.

Archangel Uriel on Letting Go

One thing I have noticed in my Angelic Light Ray Energy Healing and Angel Empowerment coaching sessions is that people seem to experience similar shifts and changes at the same time.

Lately, it seems the theme is of letting go of the past and that which no longer serves your current self.

This has been coming up for many of you.

Some of you are breaking free of dysfunctional jobs, relationships or situations that are of a low energy for you.

Many of you are finding that situations and people who do not uplift you are becoming more noticeable and more difficult to be around.

Much of that energy also deals with forgiveness.

Forgiving our past or people within our life so that we can move ahead and radiate more Light within ourselves, our work ,and in every aspect of our life.

Archangel Uriel can assist you in this.

Uriel means ‘God’s light’ and brings the Light of forgiveness, of letting go and seeing what you are experiencing more clearly and from a higher perspective.

Archangel Uriel has a message for you, which came through and I leave this here for you to take in and evaluate in your own personal process.

“Forgiveness is not about saying an event or trauma was “okay”, it is not condoning an action as “right”.

Forgiveness is about deciding to let go of that event or action by another so that you can move ahead to more positive events and people in your life.

It creates more opportunities for Joy to be experienced by YOU.”

I Have Been Asking The Angels, But Nothing Happens

Is Your Spiritual Nature Sabotaging Your Goals and Vision?

We dream and hope and pray for what we want, but stop there.

Do you sabotage your vision with inaction?

Many people have a dreamy view of achievement.

How many times have you read in New Age books to set the intention and the Universe will sit up and take notice and deliver your dream to your door?

Say the right words, think the right thoughts. Create an altar or a corner of your home dedicated to your dreams and goals.

While setting intention is very important, and it does play an essential and important part in our dialogue with the Divine, The Universe and our Higher Self, the steps are not complete.

It is certainly true the divine has our back but we do still need to take action to create our future.

Having goals or a vision for your life without creating even the smallest steps leaves achieving that goal up to chance.

Unless you set goals and a way to hold yourself accountable to your commitment to your goals, you will set yourself up for failure and fuel the feelings of being unworthy and not good enough.

That doesn’t make you feel good and  who wants to keep putting ourselves into that place?

I know what it is like to be on that hamster wheel of intention without action. It takes up a lot of energy that ultimately, leads us no where.

It’s amazing how we sabotage our goals in life by not taking action on them, but relying on someone or something else to do it for us. To rescue us. Rescue us from ourselves.

Why do we do this to ourselves?

There are so many reasons, and it’s something to explore with a licensed counselor or life coach, for example. It’s individual but some common reasons are because we feel unworthy, or you carry shame about who you are and what you do.

Old wounds and family messages can make us sabotage our dreams

And one way we sabotage that is by not taking action to reach our goals.

Partner with the Divine Realms rather than rely solely on them.

Click to Tweet: Your angels job is to inspire, encourage and support you and your job is to take the necessary actions and make the choices in your daily life.

We are all works in progress and there is always work to be done.

Love Everything That You Are- White Rose Path Affirmations

Love Everything You Are Eileen Anglin

Hiding our flaws, our “faults,” keeps us from becoming close to others and prevents us from following our bliss.

Hiding our “shadows” creates shame. When we feel shame about who we are, we are afraid to let people close to us for fear that they will reject us.

In our careers, if we are not okay with our flaws and perceived weaknesses, we are never good enough. We have an inner fear that we are frauds and someone will discover that if we put ourselves out there.

So we stay hidden.

We stay hidden in our relationships and in our careers.

How do you embrace your flaws?

Think about what that flaw has done for you.

Think about what it has taught you.

Think about how it has made you the person you are today.

I truly believe God gives us our challenges, the experiences of life, so that we may bring our gifts to the world.

If you can see them in that way, you can release the hold they have over you.

See the gift in your flaw and that will allow you to embrace them as a part of who you are. It makes up the amazing being you are today.

Because you are a gift to the world.

When we embrace all that we are, including our flaws, they will have no power over you.

They will not be able to hold you back and they will not be able to prevent you from letting love in.

Are You Afraid to Shine? Self- Sabotage and The Fear of Being Seen

Are you afraid to Shine?

spotlight showdown

It’s amazing how we sabotage our success because we are afraid of being seen, of standing out.

Why do we do this to ourselves? It’s individual. I would have to be in sessions with you to explore your particular reasons why. But common reasons are because we feel unworthy, or you carry shame about who you are and what you do. Old wounds and family messages can make us not want to stand out. Many times we fear success and the changes it could bring to our life. To our family, our spare time.

And one way we sabotage that is by not taking action to reach our goals.

Many people have a dreamy view of achievement. How many times has someone told you to “set the intention and the Universe will sit up and take notice and deliver your dream to your door.” It is certainly true the divine has our back but we do still need to take action to create our future.

Having goals without creating even the smallest steps leaves achieving that goal up to chance. As Debbie Ford said; “Prayer without action is dreaming.” Unless you set goals and holding yourself accountable you will set yourself up for failure and fuel the feelings of being unworthy and not good enough.

I know what it is like to be on that hamster wheel that takes up a lot of energy but that ultimately, leads us no where. It is vital to our dreams and goals that we explore why we sabotage themselves and guide ourselves to take actions that will lead us to our goals.

Because we are all works in progress and there is always work to be done.

How do you sabotage yourself? Are you afraid to step fully into that bright light? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

“I Don’t Have the Time” Is Really Saying “I’m Not Worth It”

Not Enough Time Really Is Saying “I’m Not Worth It”

Make the time for what is truly important

“Not enough time” to create is the excuse for creative souls.

Not enough time to ” take care of myself” and walk their talk, practice what they preach for the healers, for those in the Holistic fields.

Not enough time to eat right when you want to lose weight and get healthy.

Too busy to do things, go places, meet people when you want  to create a relationship in your life.

Not enough time to relax.

To exercise.

To be with a friend.

To paint.

To get energy work.

To be intimate.

To play with the dog/cat.

To create the business or the life you want.

These are excuses for everyone really. And the excuse we use whenever we want to achieve something, or do something we say is important but don’t.

All of us have the same 24 hours. Including Oprah, Richard Branson, etc.

Bottom line: If it’s important enough to you, you will make the time. If not, you will make an excuse.

So, why do you make an excuse?

For example, why do you not find the time  for painting, for example, when you say you want  a successful art career, or you find joy in painting?

There are many reasons why we don’t do the things we claim are important to us.

I would have to work with you personally to guide you in finding exactly what is holding you back from doing the things you not only know you need to do, but want to do.

But regardless of what our personal shadows are around it, excuses are resistance.

And resistance is born from fear, anxiety or complacency.

And the truth of it is, you are declaring to yourself, to those around you, your peers, your colleagues, your family and friends, and to the Universe, that you are not worthy of your best life. Your dreams. That you are not important enough to make the time.

My friends, the day we leave this planet, there will be something on our to-do list that is mundane and not important. Dishes, laundry, bills. Some task left undone.

But when you leave, will that be what is important to you?

Will those things you did not have the time for, that you created excuses around be the very things you regret not having accomplished?

Would you like to declare to the Universe and to your life that you are worth your dreams? That you are worth the live you were born to live? That what you have to offer the world is important?

Then you must get out of your own way.

Make time for what is important. Recognize when you are creating excuses. Find out what is creating your resistance. Make your life an excuse free zone.

If you’d like to explore how to make your choices based on what your divinely inspired purpose is and not based on the “I’m not good enough” , the old tapes and old programs. The Awakening
(Author unknown)

A time comes in your life when you finally get…when, in the midst of all your fears and insanity, you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out…ENOUGH1 Enough fighting and crying and blaming and struggling to hold on. Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to look at the world through new eyes.

This is your awakening.

You realize it’s time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to magically appear over the next horizon.

You realize that in the real world there aren’t always fairy tale endings, and that any guarantee of “happily ever after” must begin with you…and in the process a sense of serenity is born of acceptance.

You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are…and that’s OK. They are entitled to their own views and opinions.

You learn the importance of loving and championing yourself…and in the process a sense of new found confidence is born of self-approval.

Your stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you – or didn’t do for you – and you learn that the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected.

You learn that people don’t always say what they mean or mean what they say and that not everyone will always be there for you and everything isn’t always about you.

So, you learn to stand on your own and to take care of yourself…and in the process a sense of safety and security is born of self-reliance.

You stop judging and pointing fingers and you begin to accept people as they are and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties…and in the process a sense of peace and contentment is born of forgiveness.

You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. You begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for.

You learn the difference between wanting and needing and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you’ve outgrown, or should never have bought into to begin with.

You learn that there is power and glory in creating and contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a “consumer” looking for you next fix.

You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a bygone era, but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life.

You learn that you don’t know everything, it’s not you job to save the world and that you can’t teach a pig to sing. You learn the only cross to bear is the one you choose to carry and that martyrs get burned at the stake.

Then you learn about love. You learn to look at relationships as they really are and not as you would have them be. You learn that alone does not mean lonely.

You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes. You learn to distinguish between guilt and responsibility and the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say NO.

You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs.

You learn that your body really is your temple. You begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin to eat a balanced diet, drinking more water, and take more time to exercise.

You learn that being tired fuels doubt, fear, and uncertainty and so you take more time to rest. And, just food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul. So you take more time to laugh and to play.

You learn that, for the most part, you get in life what you deserve, and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for and that wishing for something to happen is different than working toward making it happen.

More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance. You learn that no one can do it all alone, and that it’s OK to risk asking for help.

You learn the only thing you must truly fear is fear itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears because you know that whatever happens you can handle it and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your own terms.

You learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom.

You learn that life isn’t always fair, you don’t always get what you think you deserve and that sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people…and you lean not to always take it personally.

You learn that nobody’s punishing you and everything isn’t always somebody’s fault. It’s just life happening. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls.

You lean that negative feelings such as anger, envy and resentment must be understood and redirected or they will suffocate the life out of you and poison the universe that surrounds you.

You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted, things that millions of people upon the earth can only dream about: a full refrigerator, clean running water, a soft warm bed, a long hot shower.

Then, you begin to take responsibility for yourself by yourself and you make yourself a promise to never betray yourself and to never, ever settle for less than you heart’s desire.

You make it a point to keep smiling, to keep trusting, and to stay open to every wonderful possibility.

You hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind.

Finally, with courage in you heart, you take a stand, you take a deep breath, and you begin to design the life you want to live as best as you can.

If your truly ready for change and willing to commit to taking action to shift your life and want tools to make that happen, I look forward to helping you on your journey.

If you are ready for change, schedule your session now.
